Swapnil Education Society was established in 2004 by Wing Commander Vinod R Paraskar, IAF veteran to make the beautiful years of child’s schooling a joyous experience and also shape and build character along with producing responsible human beings equipped with 21st century skills and great Indian cultural legacy on a global platform.
FCUS is a community of learners including students, partners and teachers. We are committed to providing a challenging and supporting environment through Academic, curricular with integration of Robotics, STEM, Coding etc.

We aim to strengthen physical endurance and mental toughness through games sports activities. We kindle creativity and innovation by providing opportunities in Art, craft and music. A very big Thank to all our stakeholders, parents who have unconditionally trusted us and whole heartedly supported us. Wing Commander V R Paraskar, Retd. IAF , B. Sc (Hons), LLB University of Pune , Chairman

After selection at All India Level, he was trained at Air Force Academy, Hyderabad & was commissioned A as PILOT OFFICER by the President Of India in 1976. After retirement from IAF, he served as the head of the Administration at GMRT, World’s Largest Radio Telescope of Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai, India. Having noticed weak areas of students and need to improve the education at this India’s Premier Research Institute. He established Swapnil Education Trust under which Flying Colours English Medium School was commissioned to produce not only students with good academics but worthy citizens for this country. He has traveled all over the world and visited many foreign educational institutions.

Mrs. Vijaya Paraskar, B. A. in Marathi Literature, Nagpur University, Director

Post her graduation took charge of her legacy farming business of hundreds of acres of land and cultivating produce such as cotton, soybean, and sugarcane. As the wife of a defense officer, she carries tremendous experience in managing the welfare of officers and airmen’s wife’s and actively looks after the Linguistic Development of the School staff and students.

Mr. Pranjal Paraskar B.E. (E&TC) done from MIT, Pune University, Director

Has 23 Years of experience in various industry sectors like Information Technology, Life Sciences, FMCG, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Education with expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution. Worked on 3 E2E Implementations, AMS, Product & Regression Testing projects with various roles from Team member, Team Lead, Global Service Delivery Lead, and Program manager. Global Service Delivery Lead for a pharmaceutical client in the USA directly managing a team of 160 members, geographically distributed across the USA, Prague, Japan and Singapore and coordinated with the offshore (India). Strong and Strategic Verbal Communication skills and ability to liaise and manage conflict at all levels of client management including cross business function teams and customer IT partners and vendors. As a director, he himself has developed the School Management and Time Table Management system, which is being used in many schools.
